The Philodendron Strawberry Shake is a standout that immediately attracts attention with its playful color palette. The variegated leaves almost resemble a strawberry milkshake, making this rare plant a real eye-catcher in any plant collection.

Origin

The Strawberry Shake is a rare, variegated mutation of the Philodendron Red Emerald - a species native to the tropical rainforests of South America. The addition of variegation makes this variety not only visually spectacular, but also highly sought after by plant lovers.

Characteristics

What makes this plant special is its unique combination of colors. The leaves show spots and stripes in soft shades of cream and rosette, which contrast beautifully with the deep red stems. No two leaves are the same, giving each plant its own character. This variegata-version stays quite compact, which also makes it suitable for smaller spaces or for on a plant shelf.

Care

Despite its exclusive appearance, the Strawberry Shake surprisingly easy to care for. Place the plant in a bright spot, preferably with indirect sunlight to prevent leaf burn, and water only when the top layer of the potting soil feels dry. Because variegata-plants contain slightly less chlorophyll, stability in location and watering is important for healthy growth. Occasional misting is appreciated, but is not a must.

Durable chew toy.
Color: Blue
My dog loves these. She chews on them a lot. She seems to like the different shapes. She is part Pit and an aggressive chewer. These chew toys last a long time. And I love the three pack so if we lose one, we always have a spare.

Decent durability for the price
Color: Blue
Bought a bunch of these for a dog shelter and have to say - decent for the price of you have aggressive chewers. All of the toys are still going 6+ months later, even with the strongest jawed pitty mix. Does get torn up at the ends but can easily be sanded down for a longer lasting toy, unlike some other hard toys with material not meant for sanding. The antler and ring seem to be favorites. The antler even has a divot so you can put soft treats in it or peanut butter and freeze it for a more interactive experience. Some came with a strong beef/liver smell but not overwhelming or off-putting. They are hefty without being too heavy, less likely to damage floors. Overall a good purchase

For aggressive chewers
Color: Blue
My pup is an aggressive chewer and these keep him occupied. He keeps coming back for them. Go to replaced old chew toys. Only issue is he leaves his toys everywhere and if you step on them. They are quite sharp
